Yesterday I didn’t feel like working out, but sometimes when you feel like it the least, that’s when you need it the most. My brain muscles were sore from rewrites, my mind was frazzled. So I figured I should probably let go of some steam.
For me, it’s usually the most unlikely of places and unexpected times that inspiration hits. While I was at this workout class, my instructor played a song that ties in so well to my next book, it was eerie. I’m sharing the song with the lyrics, because they are PERFECT. It’s like whoever wrote this song walked around inside my character’s head and captured exactly what they were feeling. So, thank you, Tossing Copper, for writing these amazing lyrics. For all my readers, think of it as a sneak preview. 🙂
